About me

So what I should tell about me? Well, I could say I’m a traveler back to the normal life, but I better say I’m just a man who would like to become a traveler. I’m from Barcelona, in Catalonia. I enjoy my city, which is wonderful (visit it!), but I have that feeling that pushes me to see new places, admire new landcapes, new animals, new plants, new people. My name is Oriol and this is me:

This is me

In my life I’ve visited 59 countries (60 with Transnistria),  mostly in Europe as you can see, and I’m planning to visit some more. And that’s what I want to share, something that is nice for me and can be useful for you.

Here is my travel map… hope to be able to paint it a little more:

So jealous of you travelling to so many places! Which place do you love the most?

  4. Oh thank you for visiting my blog. Then I found yours ! Oh how I would like to see a tiger. I was in Southern India but no tigers to be seen, I’d like to go to Northern India and maybe catch a glimpse of that beautiful creature, That’s what they say, you just don’t know if you’ll be able to see a tiger. I read your blog and thoughly enjoyed it. I’m glad you are blogging. I’m sending this to a friend who has just sold her possessions and is off to see the world with her boyfriend,

  5. But I’ve seen many big animals on your blog!! Me, I’ve never seen wild tigers also, but I hope I will. I’m very glad you liked the blog, hope I can keep writing something interesting in the future.

    Thanks for reading!

    • I hope I can keep writing interesting blogs, too. I’ve been to south africa and South India but not Northern India. Maybe someday..

  6. Camel riding is fun!! I rode during our recent Desert Safari in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India….It was awesome!! Would love to see your entire map in red.

  7. Wow… that is an impressive map! I would love to visit India one day, as well as Turkey, Greece, Africa, and Alaska. Thank you for visiting my blog about our trip around the world, we are working away at our own map!

  10. Hi Oriol! Thank you for visiting my blog! I feel the same way about travel – there is just that inexplicable urge to see and experience new things! I like to call myself a traveler, not a tourist 🙂 I really enjoyed reading your posts, and looking forward to more! Good luck 🙂
